NON-EXCLUSIVE

 

You will receive an encoded MP3 file of the untagged beat. The song file will be delivered digitally via email instantly after purchase is complete. A non-exclusive lease will allow you to use the beat(s) for ONE commercial recording or broadcast. This recording can then be distributed at your price for up to (2000) copies/100,000+Streams. If sales exceed 2000 units, you will require a new type of lease or exclusive rights. ETHOS SOUND Beats will not receive any royalties from the sales of any records or downloads unless sales exceed 2000 units, where new terms must be agreed and/or exclusive rights purchased. ETHOS SOUND Beats would be entitled to a 10% net profit on every single sale that exceeds 2000 units, where new terms or exclusive rights are not yet agreed upon. You may also use the beat for non-profit promotional use or demo's. You ARE NOT permitted to re-sell the beat or any of its components. You must however give me full credit on all commercial recordings under (Prod ETHOS SOUND) for example credits: ‘Beat prod. by ETHOS SOUND’ or ‘Music produced by ETHOS SOUND’. Upon purchasing these non-exclusive leasing rights, ETHOS SOUND still own the beat(s) and all of its copyrights and is able to resell the beat(s) to any other party until exclusive rights have been purchased. You ARE NOT permitted to re-sell the beat or any of its components. ETHOS SOUND will not receive a royalty from the sale of any records or downloads. You must however give me full credit on all commercial recordings under (Prod ETHOS SOUND) for example credits: ‘Beat prod. by ETHOS SOUND’ or ‘Music produced by ETHOS SOUND’. Upon purchasing basic non-exclusive leasing rights, ETHOS SOUND still owns the beat(s) and all of its copyrights and is able to resell the beat(s) to any other party until exclusive rights have been purchased. We DO NOT permit the resale, lease or hire of the beat or any of its components to any other persons (example record label, production company, another producer or as a loop pack or samples CD)

If you require the WAV file of a beat please contact direct via email, admin@ethossound.com , state the name of the beat(s) you require.

You will be sent a pay pal invoice for the total sum of money.

Once payment is confirmed you will receive files within 24 hours.

Upon purchase you will receive a High quality WAV file. You will also receive a copy of the terms and conditions stated below. The WAV lease allows up to (5,000) copies/200,000+Streams. In addition, the customer can use the beat for ONE profitable public performance with up to $5,000 USD earnings in total of the performance. These terms stay the same for all types of leasing rights. If sales exceed 5,000 units, you will require a new type of lease or exclusive rights. ETHOS SOUND will not receive any royalties from the sales of any records or downloads unless sales exceed 5,000 units, where new terms must be agreed and/or exclusive rights purchased. ETHOS SOUND would be entitled to a 10% net profit on every single sale that exceeds 5,000 units, where new terms or exclusive rights are not yet agreed upon Purchasing a tracked-out lease grants the customer limited artistic & legislative rights to the corresponding beat(s). A beat can be leased to more than one person at the same time until exclusive rights are sold to the beat. Once a beat has been sold with exclusive rights, it will no longer be available for any kind of leasing. Previous leasing rights that have been sold before are not affected. Leasing a beat does not make the customer the sole owner of the beat. WE DO NOT permit the resale, lease or hire of the beat or any of its components to any other persons (example record label, production company, another producer or as a loop pack or samples CD). The licensee is NOT allowed to get profitable radio-, video- or television-airplay or to perform the song on commercial/profitable shows with a leasing license. For this purpose, licensee must own exclusive rights to the beat. The licensee understands that ETHOS SOUND maintains 100% copyright & ownership of the original instrumental composition. In the event a master recording containing the licensed Instrumental is contained on a single or album where the gross receipts received by the label by the albums, or single distribute exceeds fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) or more, ETHOS SOUND will be entitled to a producer royalty of 10 percent (10%) of Net Profits, retroactive to album one. Licensee cannot use any beat compositions as background element in TV, Film & DVD / computer game projects without obtaining written consent & a separate license agreement. Licensee must include on all productions & products the producer’s name. You MUST give me full credit under (Prod ETHOS SOUND) for example credits: ‘Beat prod. by ETHOS SOUND  or ‘Music produced by ETHOS SOUND’ on all commercial recordings. Licensee agrees to display the producer’s name in all physical media or within web presentation of a portion (e.g. pre-listening) or sum of the original instrumental composition that is being licensed in this agreement. Including but not limited to CD’s, CD covers, Cassette tapes, LP’s, Cards, etc.. Any displayed or downloadable MP3/WAV files must include ‘produced by ETHOS SOUND’ within the file name.

 

EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS

 If interested in exclusive rights please contact direct via email at admin@ethossound.com and state the name of the beat(s) you require.

Prices for exclusive rights vary.

Before i confirm the payment i will remove the option of buying the beat across all websites where it is available to purchase.

Once payment is confirmed you will receive files within 24 hours.

 On purchasing exclusive rights, you will receive a pay pal invoice for the total sum of money agreed for the beat including a copy of the terms and conditions stated below. After the payment has been confirmed you will receive 3 files. 1 WAV file containing all stems used to create the beat mixed with fx as heard on the original (including master) and 1 WAV file of all stems used to create the beat un-mixed (including master) and 1 high quality MP3 16-44 file of the original master. The file will be delivered digitally to the pay pal email address you used to purchase from, unless requested otherwise by the buyer. All files are tag free. Once the exclusive rights to a beat has been sold, it will no longer be available for any kind of sale on ETHOS SOUND behalf. However, all previous leasing rights that have been sold prior will not be affected in any way.

 You will also receive a separate email declaring you exclusive rights under the terms stated below.

 Exclusive rights grant you unlimited sales, on all commercial recordings, downloads, radio-, video- and television-airplay and broadcasts with entitlement to all earnings. ETHOS SOUND WILL NOT require receiving ANY royalties what so ever. You have full rights to record, alter, mix the beat/song in any way you wish. However, WE DO NOT permit the resale, lease or hire of the beat or any of its components to any other persons (example record label, production company, another producer or as a loop pack or samples CD) You own the recording as a "work made for hire". ETHOS SOUND will no longer lease or sell the beat an will be shown as SOLD across all websites where featured. (All prior leasing rights holders will not be affected). The beat will still be available to listen to on all ETHOS SOUND websites but WILL NOT be available to buy or download. ETHOS SOUND will not receive any royalties from your sales of records or downloads. You have the right to 100% of your earnings. You must however give me full credit as the producer under (Prod by ETHOS SOUND) for example credits: ‘Beat prod. by ETHOS SOUND’ or ‘Music produced by ETHOS SOUND’ on all commercial recordings.

PREMIUM WAV TRACKED OUT LEASING RIGHTS

ETHOS SOUND will not receive any royalties from the sales of any records or downloads unless sales exceed 25,000 units, where new terms must be agreed and/or exclusive rights purchased. ETHOS SOUND would be entitled to a 10% net profit on every single sale that exceeds 25,000 units, where new terms or exclusive rights are not yet agreed upon. Purchasing a tracked-out lease grants the customer limited artistic & legislative rights to the corresponding beat(s). UNLIMITED WAV TRACKED OUT LEASING RIGHTS
